with my second pregnancy I had hyperthyroidism that means it made me loose a lot of weight feel tired all the time. My metabolism was working really fast that after I had my baby I end up weighing 90 lbs when I used to weight 150 lbs. Then when my son was like 2 yes old my thyroid has to be removed with a radioactive pill. And now I don't thyroid but I take a pill everyday to replace the functions of the thyroid cause if I stop taking them then I will gain a lot of weight and my baby could be born with retardation problems.
