#QUESTION what do yu ladies think abt a December baby shower ?
I think it's too close to the holidays and no one will come. My mom thinks I should wait til my daughter is born to have a baby shower or "sip and see" as she calls it. but I want some more opinions on the matter , what do yall think ?

I thought about that too but my mom and I agreed people will be already be feeling financial pressure from Black Friday on... I was too worried no one would come so I changed it sooner.. My best friend said after as well but I like the tradition of before because you could get ally of good stuff and spend your money on something else and maybe upgrade something you want with the extra money

I think that would be so cute with the different type of decorations you guys could get...Plus I think depending on how your family celebrates it you could have it on Christmas eve maybe but again it is a busy time for everyone

why not in Nov? I mean imo doing in Dec might be cutting it close. I'm doing mine Nov 7 due Dec 14 and I feel that's cutting it close too

I had my last shower in November because of that! I was due in January !

I think the first or second weekend in November is a good time. I had my last baby shower at 34 weeks. Since most gusset came from out of town I was on my feet all weekend. I was quite worn out and slightly swollen the following week.
