For those of you who have had a c-section. How was it?
I am also having a c section due to a placenta previa and ladies I am so terrified.
It's definitely no walk in the park by any means lol but it's not as bad. During the c-section you feel a lot of pressure and tugging but no pain. Afterwards it's just all how your body heals. They do make you get up and walk a lot and walking helps a lot with the pain. Just make sure to take it slow and take the pain medicine on a regular basis.
I had my first unplanned c-section almost 3 weeks ago and I was up and walking the next day. It just depends on how your body is. I still have a little pain but it's bare able. :)
My first c section was horrific but my second one was so much different I was up and walking the next day a little sore and painful but nothing unbearable
I had my 2nd c section on the 16th. It went smooth and I was walking the next day since they make you get up for circulation and faster heal time. Still a little painful but it was nothing like my first c section. I'm now 2 weeks or so pp and I'm walking and driving now, minimal pain, just bleeding alot so stock up on heavy pads. They give you a Rx for pain meds as well.
@mariahkillen I won't lie, it was scary. Emergency c section and all. Recovery was hard for me and I was in alot of pain.
