Does anyone know where you could get cheap or free baby items? I looked on Craigslist and got a free crib (mattress too!!) that was purchased by a family two months ago, but they gave it away because they got a better one at their baby shower. #blessed I now need a car seat and since we're moving into a new place, we are tight on money.

I go through this program called New Beginnings. I earn mommy bucks for doing various things, like homework, getting a doctors note at visits, keeping a food journal, etc. I use the monmy bucks to buy gently used baby items, and sometimes new items! Thrift shopping is always fun too. I got the perfect idea for a nursery just by doing that. Though the place I went was kinda expensive (alot of antiques and good quality pieces).
