My children grit their teeth in their sleep!!!! UGH!!! I can't deal

My step son does that! It makes me cringe 😫

@coraanne @caitlynnrosee @ace.n.avas.mommy it is the absolute worst! Whenever I go in to make sure they are covered I have to vwt out really fast before they start....ugh I didn't get out of my 6yo room fast enough tonight.....

@her_plus_her_and_me I'm gonna ask the dentist for a mouth guard for them to use at night.
