What stick are you doing? I like this it's classic, I've seen a lot of patterns for really complex things :/

It's pretty simple. It's just single crochet stitches and chain stitches. Here's the pattern:

What size hook are you using if I may ask..?

My tension tends to be a bit tight so I went up 2 sizes to a J. The pattern calls for a H hook though.
