Okay so I'm a FTM and my fiancée and I decided not to do any classes before hand. I just feel like they wouldn't help me. I plan on moving after the baby is born so I don't see the point in doing any of it cause I don't wanna make friends who will live 6 hours away. Are these classes something I can just look up online? Thanks everyone

there not really for making friends but teaching you what's going to happen and helpful techniques to use for pain during delivery. But I think you could look up some stuff on YouTube

@sugarduck, I'm too social lol id break my own heart. What exactly should I be looking into? Like you said the techniques during labor anything else? Thank you so much

I'm having hubba take it with me so he doesn't feel so helpless and lost... last baby we had he had no clue what to do lol so I'm doing it more for his sake lol

@babycasey, I thought about that but I can barely get him to sympathize that I'm pregnant so maybe this will be a reality check lmao

first I'd look into the different techniques out there and find what's best for you, lamaze for example. then look for videos that talk about that. I'd focus on what to expect during the process. what it's like to get an epidural how to stay calm and breathe. Google and YouTube are very helpful!
