Nothing really! Just relieves some built up tension to be able to put all my weight forward and off of my back for a little while! @jomommaclark

ahhh okay. I've heard of certain positions to get baby in place. thought this might be one lol.

Oh crap I'm not sure I hope I'm not flipping him around or anything! I went to a pregnancy massage class last week and she showed us this for back access and it was so comfy I do it like once a day @jomommaclark
