We do like a beef or turkey sausage with cut up onions, green peppers, red peppers with a side of mashed potatoes or over rice and then you can add some Cajun seasoning or your choice of season on the sausage and veggies. We also do a bread crumb covered chicken sliced up over spaghetti with a side salad or cucumbers with Italian dressing. Fajitas are always a go, with shrimp, steak, or chicken mixed peppers, onions some Mexican rice, tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, shredded cheese. You can even add a pre made fajita seasoning.

How do you make your potato soup ?

Roast chicken, salad with grilled chicken, chicken wings, lentils, steak, baked butternut squash, homemade pizza, gnocchi with pesto sauce...

I just had mac and cheese with burger in it and on side veggies. lol

Crock pot meals! just made a pork roast in it, so tender and yummy! I rubbed the pork with ginger, then mixed cinnamon applesauce with brown sugar and poured it over to cook on low for 6 hours :)

@skmamaof3, I need a crockpot so bad, so many stews I wanna make. But that pork roast sounds delicious.

@mystic-gray, my husband absolutely LOVES when I make shepherd's pie. he has me make it at least 2 times a month. and I make huge batches when I make it.
