I just never knew it could go away on its own

Sometimes the test can come back positive when you don't even have it, bc I was told at the ER I had it then two weeks later I went to my actual gyno and she said she had no idea why the ER told me that bc I definitely didn't have it.

at 5 weeks I went to the ER and they told me I was positive for bv and then two weeks later I went back for spotting and was told everything looked normal and that I tested negative for bv

Yeah I was also only 4 weeks at the ER when they told me I had it, then when I went to the ob/gyno to start my first appointment for my pregnancy they told me I tested neg for BV. Maybe the ER just don't know what they're talking about lol.

sometimes, I think ER doctors don't actually take the time to diagnose someone. they just assume and send you out the door

Some doctors just don't like to do their job & they'll just take guesses at what's wrong with you that's why I don't trust doctors at all & some really don't know what they be doing either or know what they're talking about smh...
