I would be a little worried if it were me I would call l&d just in case. Usually pink blood is fresh and signifies bleeding and bleeding for no known reason this late in the pregnancy would freak me out. Just call and see maybe?

Better safe than sorry. I always hear pink blood isn't a good sign
