What's it like having sex for the first tim after giving birth? I'm 5 weeks pp and as soon as I hit 6 weeks I really want to have sex again but I'm terrified for it at the same time.😓

It hurts. I'm 4 months pp and it still hurts so I guess it's different for everyone

Did any of you tear and have to get stitches? Will that make a difference in the pain level during sex? @mrsstewart @chelsea0820 @junebaby

I had stitches with my oldest two. not really any different but wait the 6 weeks at least. it might take a bit longer to heal. scar tissue can be sensitive.
