Ask your doctor if it's thrush. Bc my son has it and we've tried a bunch of thrush things to get rid of it and it is still there so I don't think it's thrush. But it could be.

If u wipe it gently n its not comming off then its probobly thrush,get ahold of ur dr

if its thrush it will also probably be on the inside of his cheeks and the roof of his mouth
