I hate the state of California (or maybe it's just my hospital billing department..) I just payed off all the medical bills for the delevery. ($4,000ish.). You'd THINK because I was paying in full, they'd be able to lower the total cost. I know a lot of places that will take off 10% if you pay in full instead of setting up a payment plan... 😒😡
