question can I put my son on my income tax since I was preggo with him all year and had him before the year was up. I think it should, seeing that the cost of Dr visits, and everything else you have to spend to prepare for his arival!

You can but you won't get anything back unless they have been alive for 6 months. :(

when will you have your son? my baby was born december 2014 like 3 days before 2015 and we claimed her...she wasnt alive for 6 months...@anim, but maybe its different in different states.

yeah you should be able to claim him. he was(will be) alive in 2015 so you can claim him :)
