I have my first appointment tomorrow, and I'm not quite sure what to expect. I'm pretty nervous, and I'd love to hear what it's like from other people. :)

All doctors are different but my first appt they took my vitals, checked urine and did ultra sound

thats pretty much what they did with me also. and just asked how I was doing and then if I had questions

Mine did everything. Drew 8 viles of blood did a vaginal and breast exam mine take urine every appointment. But it's good to get all that stuff out of the way so there's less to worry about later down the line. Don't stress. And number one thing, if you don't feel comfy, switch doctors. This person will be delivering your child. Don't be afraid to ask a million questions, that's what they're there for!

The ultrasound will be vaginal too so if you are like me, I tidied up down there :)

Okay thanks everyone! A lot of people suggested the doctor that I had chosen, and I've heard nothing but good things about him! I'll prepare for everything, but I won't get my hopes up with hearing the heartbeat or anything, because I believe that I'm around 6 weeks and it would probably be unlikely.
