Question about Target . Someone bought a outfit for Marleii and took off the tags . I know it comes from target because of the hangers and it's Circo brand. Can I take it back even if it's unworn and doesn't have tags?

Not without tags I don't think. You may want to call your local target and ask though

Just say it was a gift they'll probably scan another tag and they'll tell you they can't give the full amount back. But that doesn't matter cause it was a gift so every dollar counts lol but sometimes they'll give the full amount just be really understanding and they might help you out

Yeah target is strict Walmart will let you return a item without the tag for store credit
