I got a chuck roast from the farmers market this weekend with bone in and I can't figure out what to put with it in the crock pot with and for how long any suggestions ladies?

I like to use two cans, depending upon how big the roast is. You can also add some french onion soup to the mix of you like, gives a nicer flavor. So, one can cream of mushroom and one can french onion plus some water.
