I just want to share my story with other moms who are having any complication or having to go for the HCG testing in the very beginning. Please get second opinions before having a D&C. I was in the hospital two weeks (week 4-6) getting this testing and the doctors told me that there was a baby there but i had lost it. As you see from the sonograms my baby girl is there and healthy and strong! I read so many stories of them being wrong that I refused the D&C to get whatever else was in there out. I was upset and cried for days and I kept going back and they said they saw nothing. We decided to wait it out and that was the best decision we ever made!! It was amazing watching my little girl move in my stomach today and all my husband kept saying after the appointment was that hospital almost made us unknowingly kill her. They should be sued. I can't believe they were so sure and so wrong!

Wow, thats really scary. A true eye opener! I have heard doctors say to other women in the past similar things and I am blown away by their lack of intelligence....I would always get a second opinion on anything major anymore. Praise the Lord thatyou didn't follow medical advice!!

My husband says I'm glad you took the time to research the way you did because after all those hospital visits every two days being there for 12-16 hours each day I was ready to give up but I didn't trust their answer because I didn't feel in my heart it was over. I prayed and cried until God led me in a different direction. That doctor said your baby is right on target. Probably just a late start. The doctors seemed really concerned that called me everyday to check on me and everything but they were just so totally wrong
