pump how often baby eats! so I'd say at least 3. you may not see a huge drop. Sadie basically sleeps through the night at least 930pm til 430 usually 5 and I don't pump we just feed on demand which is a little different

you could look into a freemie pump. you just slip the pump in you're bra and you can't really tell. I've heard mixed things on them and I'm not sure if they are loud or not
