seriously considering getting some diet pills..the weight isnt coming off :(
i know ill admit coffee is my biggest thing! i love coffee and eating out for lunch too instead of bringing my lunch lol i just dnt have time -__- but i want to lose the weight i need to !
@elanasmommy050315, try changing up your diet. If you drink soda cut it if you drink coffee only drink it black if you have food delivered get things like BLT they meet in the middle of good and bad :) sugary drinks are what kill most of us when we wanna loose weight! You got this girl!

they have more than just wraps for losing weight... healthier supplements for losing weight outside of diet pills

have you thought about It Works? I have a bigger friend who has lost a bunch using those products... I plan on using them after this birth...
I got down to 162 after I had my son and ever since it's been between 165 and 178 😢
Don't do that :( try eating different. Make sure you're eating enough don't calorie restrict yourself cause that'll slow your metabolism and make you gain weight. Try different exercises go on lots of walks while the weather is still decent
ive been at 170 since about 2 weeks pp and havent been able to lose anymore weight
