feel bad for my soph she slept horrible last night because she was coughing and couldn't drink her bottle because she couldn't breathe out of her nose.. just want my mommas better ASAP! 😷😭

my doctor said do the little noises saline drops and then you the nose sicker and suck it out and it should help my son had a cold about 2 weeks ago

i don't have the drops so I just sucked her nose and some blood came out with her snot so I Left it alone now it is just running like crazy.

call her doctor and ask what you should do... that happens to me sometimes because I'm so built up
