I'm starting to think the back pain I am having on my left side could be a kidney. I'm not having any urinary tract infection symptoms though. I just really need it to stop hurting!!!

A few weeks ago maybe a month I had to go to the hospital my back hurt so bad I could barely walk and it was causing contractions. Turns out I had kidney stones. Drink lots and lots of water & lemonade. Take some Tylenol. If it gets too bad go get checked out.

@punkysam13, I can walk but it's a constant pain, it never goes away. I can't get comfortable when I sit, lie down, or stand. It's horrible.

Mine was terrible! It could be a pinched nerve or something too. Definitely if it doesn't get better with more fluids and Tylenol you should go in

Kidney stones are common in pregnancy! Drink all of the water. No joke like 2 gallons a day. Cut back on sugar and don't drink dark things like tea, coffee, and soda. I've had them like 6 times and was hospitalized once, it sucks SO bad. And that flank pain is no joke! I threw up the first time I ever had them just from pure pain hahah.

I know you're supposed to take tylenol for pain but honestly I'd skip it, it's just another thing that has to be processed by your kidney.
