that seems way off lol. your belly gets real hard. last from about 30 sec to one min. now if it's followed by cramps that rap around. then it's possibly small contractions. also the Braxton hicks can be uncomfortable. but shouldn't hurt.
They feel like at the top of my belly someone pushing down slowly and my belly gets really hard. It is uncomfortable for me but mostly just a ton of pressure

It's like cramps but at the end of them you get kicked or a twitching feeling
