Yeah, menstrual cramps is a huge sign of labor but only if they start getting stronger and more painful would I start counting them and timing

My contractions felt like menstrual cramps. so yea kinda normal that far along. must be your body getting ready for labor. not soon though unless they get stronger and more consistent
