I'm lost on ideas. my so bday is on Thursday. and I put money aside for him so he can enjoy his self and have a good time but idk what get him or what to do... he doesn't know I'm planning anything. he works later that night so I want to try something in the day. anyone has any suggestions? I want to make this special we haven't done anything in a very long time. should I go simple and like cook for him and take him out? or gifts? I want to do a lot lol but I'm limited because of time and funds .

well things are different now . and yes I do want to spend the day with him because at the end of the day he still is my friend . and I love him . I want to make sure he has a good time because he deserves a nice birthday . I'm not living in the past anymore . if i didn't want to spend the day with him I wouldn't be planning anything. @ashley_abby20
