Fresh milk pumped and refrigerated lasts 3-5 days , if you freeze Breastmilk in a normal fridge freezer it's good for 3 months and if you have it stored in a deep freezer it's good for 6-12 months . If you thaw it from the freezer it's only good for 24 hours after thawed ! And once you reheat the milk for baby it's only good for an hour :)
