honestly I went to two different targets. they don't check anything or wrote anything down so I was able to get two goodie bags😅 @xslowlyxbrokenx and there's a lot of places where you get goodie bags of good stuff and coupons like babies r us and buy buy baby. also, I did most of my clothes shopping at consignment shops, I was able to get most of his clothes with the tags still on! @niki664

My target 40 mins away so we only have one and same as any big store I live in a small town and our biggest store is Walmart. But we dont have a buy but baby ive never heard of it
