Totally meant to post this earlier but I was obsessing over my sandwich.

So when I'm at work I have 2 glasses of iced tea followed by soda water with lemon for the rest of my shift. Needless to say, I have to pee a lot now because of baby girl. Well, my nose was itching like crazy, I run around the corner to sneeze. I'm a master at sneezing with my mouth closed due to my job. Sneezed hard and while doing so, a little pee came out. 😳😳😳. Not enough for anyone but me to know but still! So embarrassing!! Isn't it too early for that crap??

not at all. everytime I'd throw up I'd pee. uncontrollably. lol. feel lucky it was just a little

Nah not at all. I sneeze pee all the time. If I have to go to the bathroom even a little I pee when I sneeze lol

totally normal. get used to it. although it gets worse with subsequent pregnancies, its still a pain in the ass with the first. I pee every time I sneeze, jump, throw up, and sometimes just from getting up off the couch. Lol it suuuucks!! I wear Tena or Poise pads everyday now that I'm in my last month. another "perk" of pregnancy. just wait til the hemorrhoids pop up...😕😆
