I was the same way lol I was so anti pacifiers! Then my son was three days old and I was DESPERATE for some peace and sleep so I dug out a pacifier from my baby shower gifts and popped it in his mouth and it was a lifesaver lol. Luckily he stopped using it on his own at like 5/6 months old. 😋

@queendavis, She's really good about crying only when she needs something. I'm not anti paci for everyone just my child. I won't tell anyone to not give their kid a paci... the reason I was annoyed with the person who said it is because she recently had a baby and I wouldn't dare do something or give something to her child that she said not to. So I kind of got irritated

None of my kids had a pacifier. People drive me crazy saying what they're going to do "if" they keep your child. When and if you want Alle to have one you will.

Ohhhhh I get it now, my bad. I thought they were saying you yourself would cave and give her one. Oh hell no they're tryna say they'll give your kid a paci?! I would freak ✋🏼 I agree with you girl, I would never go against someone else's wishes for their own child, even if I was babysitting. And I expect the same in return. They're trippin! ✋🏼😒

@aliya0915, exactly. it's a big IF! When I found out I was pregnant I made the conscious decision that I would do whatever it took to make sure my child was cared for properly by myself or whoever would get the chance to care for her. It grinds my gears when people act like they know what's best for other people's kids. Sometimes I'll make suggestions like "maybe burp him" or so forth and so on but I would never do to someone's kid something they said they wont. And this paticular person has been this way through my pregnancy till now. She had a huge fit when I said I was going to wait till baby was born to find out gender, then another fit when I said I was having a home birth.....like hello lady!

we are 2 months into no paci with no problems! it's honestly amazing.

People and their sense of entitlement...
