does that really work. everything talks about it

I just started wearing it today so I'm not sure yet. Its supposed to help you lose inches around your waist and midsection since it promotes sweat, especially if paired with exercise. All I know so far is that it helps with my posture which I'm happy about. I'll be making a YouTube video about it after I wear it for a couple weeks . @sexii_diiva

@mariceladez, i got a waist trainer just like that except purple;) was able to wear it maybe a week then i found out pregnant! so obviously can't wear mine til after but good luck! you look great either way. I loved how skinny it made me look and feel lol definitely gives you confidence
