You can put it in the refrigerator..never put it in the microwave! It kills the nutrients and can cause hot spots which can burn her mouth..just let it thaw out (if frozen) and run it under hot water while it's in the bottle/container or if refrigerated just run under warm water until it's warm

no boiling or microwave!! place it in warm water but not hot water hot destroys nutrients
