Earlier I was trying to keep track of all the cramping I had in between my naps. Still trying to get the hang of these but whenever I started feeling crazy pain I'd press start and then stop when it went away. How does it look? Clearly you can tell I'm a first time mom 😅

That's what I'm feeling right now 😩😢 @mommasunn I could def tell it apart from anything else because I've never felt pain like this before..
when you feel contractions for real you'll be able to identify when they start and stop. first I'd get a pain in my back that would slowly rise and then my stomach would start to tighten like I was flexing my stomach and then the pain would reach its peak and slowly let go.
I figured because it looks really inconsistent lol. I'm just in a ton of pain ugh 😩😩😩 @mommasunn
