just woke up our my sleep to painful contractions last 3 minutes each and about 5 minutes apart is this labor?I've never had them last this long and the pain is horriable

yes that's true also wensday I went to my Dr and I was already a 3
You should take a shower or a bath and wait until they're a little closer. The longer you labor at home the better. You don't wanna go and be told you're at like a 3 and lay in a hospital bed for 20 hours.
... real labor contractions do. You should really think about going in
@karnawest I just thought real contractions don't last this long I mean they are almost 3 minutes long
Drink water, take Tylenol, but baby girl... you sound like your in labor...
Also try Tylenol and a warm shower 🚿 see if the Tylenol helps the pain if not it's labor
drink some water and lay down for a while, if they last for an hour I think it's the real thing

thanks ladies I'm here now contractions are 3 minutes apart but Dr said I'm still at 3cm and thick so I guess they will be sending me home soon I'm so confused these contractions really hurt
