Try nursing or pumpkin, it's gonna hurt but it'll reliever some of the pain.. My dr prescribed some antibiotics for it.

I was like that a couple of times when I first started it was the worst feeling ever but take some ibuprofen & pump pump pump until that lump is gone! I put hot water in a water bottle & put it on there & after the water cooled is pump & massage it gets better I promise
