The girl from wic who checks on Luna says to feed first then pump if I wanna save.. But I did that and I didn't pump much but 20ml.. Well I did breast feed her a lot tonight.. Trying not to use formula much.. Just only as an emergency or when my fiancé has her. Or like when she doesn't latch to me..

nurse then pump. pumping in the mornings first thing is best if you want to make a freezer stash because that's when your breasts are most full. and pumping at night after baby has gone to bed will help boost your supply. when you pump try to have a picture or blanket or something of your babies to help with letdown. and pump through 2 letdown so you're not getting just fore milk
