How long does this ligament pain last? It's really starting to become painful.

Unfortunately it comes and goes throughout pregnancy 😕

It should lighten up a little bit though. The only time I really get them now is when I move positions too fast.

yoga or swimming may help ease some of the pain. mine was so bad towards the end. especially trying to get in and out of bed and turning in bed. i was nearly in tears.
