i just completly gave up putting my daughter to sleep tonight , she keeps fighting her sleep making grunting noises and tryna get up she wants her bottle and then she doesnt she keeps putting her hands in her mouth wanting to play , and the thing is shes not even crying or whining or fussing , i HOPE she tires herself out, i get frustrated when i cant put her to sleep
and while im writing this she did tire herself out lol

One night when my 2yo was about 5 months old she woke up for her middle of the night feeding. I was trying everything to put her back to sleep but she wouldn't go. Finally I just laid her down and she fell asleep on her own. She didnt want me to hold her until she fell asleep she wanted to fall asleep on her own. And she's been doing it every since.
