mommas I think henlei is constapated what can I do or give her?? what helps your little ones?

Try laying her on her back and moving her legs as if she's walking. Do that for about five to ten minutes. it helps my little one. He's breastfed, if that helps. Try rubbing her tummy as well and note that if it is hard then she may be constipated. A little tummy time helps too. And depending on her last stool is when you should be really concerned. Give it another 24hrs then consult your physician.

My doctor recommend the two things @eyedrawlife mentioned and also a warm bathe with enough water to cover baby's belly

I have always diluted some baby juice. Not much, just maybe an ounce. It always clears Maesyn out. Some ppl say don't do it, but it's what works for us.

I give Marissa this pink liquid stuff you mix with water or juice and it helps soften up the stool. It takes about 12 hours to work though. It's completely natural too.

Your welcome. You can get it at CVS. Marissa's poop is so hard some days it's like he's pooping rocks the size of my fist. That's helped a lot and more fiber in her diet.

@alicia91, I know. I feel so bad because I can't help her with her pain.
