Another #breastfeedinghope post for you. (Click the hashtag to read my other related posts).

My LO is officially a month old on the 24th; he's 4 weeks since yesterday. Breastfeeding has been going great! I had a hard moment with a clogged milk duct for about two days but all you need to do is massage, nurse nurse nurse on that side, and it will go away. It will hurt like hell, but trust me it won't last long.

My nipples are finally getting use to nursing and only have some pain at first latch sometimes.

If you are struggling, I encourage you to keep going because trust me, it gets better! Remember you're doing a great thing for your baby. Cluster feeding won't last forever and going out of the house isn't so bad. Do your research, find support, and don't forget to drink your water. 😉
