how far post partum are you. by 6 to 8 weeks your body will regulate how much milk to make and they will feel better. also avoid underwire it can cause the ducts to clog and make you engorged or super uncomfortable.

I like disposable breast pads my breast do that to and around the time they do I know it's time to feed baby or pump if he's sleeping
