Wow. It's been a crazy few days. Chloe was born at 37 weeks, 3 days on 9/17/15 (also her daddy/my hubby's birthday!!!!) 6 lbs 3 oz and 18 inches! Chloe had swallowed meconium and had to be taken to nicu right after delivery. She was only there for two hours but she was also coombs positive. Which in turn, made her jaundice. So then she was on a bili bed, then her levels increased, so she was on the bili bed and under a light. Then they added a second light. Then she had some issues where she was really jumpy and jittery. So they ultra sounded her little head, but everything is normal! Then she couldn't keep any food down so she needed an IV and they did an upper gi study, which thank god was normal!!! She has acid reflux and has been started on Zantac which has been effective! She's out of the lights, she's eating, gained some weight back and they just hepwelled her IV! So hopefully we can go home soon. #laborstory
