Just got super lightheaded in the shower. Water wasn't too hot or anything. 😕

This happens to me everyday! I get so nervous to take a shower because I don't like the feeing I get in it

@megbaby07 This is the first time it happened and it was horrible. I feel fine now that I'm out.

Yeah it's miserable. I literally flew out the shower yesterday and threw myself on the bed and laid there for 20 mins to get things to stop spinning

@megbaby07 I turned the water a little colder and that helped a bit. But it didn't stop until I laid down. I hope this doesn't become a regular thing because I love showers 😕

Right? That's what I said. I've always loved them and I'm hoping I won't have to take baths or something all the time haha

@megbaby07 Seriously ! I like soaking in the tub, not bathing in it lot
