I have a quick question!
I've been getting a weird feeling in my back. It's like a tightening of the muscles that run up the sides of my back up to about my bottom ribs. It's uncomfortable. Is that normal?

I always have that when I'm having Braxton hicks contractions and sometimes I'll have just the rib/back pain and no stomach tightening, but I've heard it's caused by the uterus

That's contractions ! Contractions start from the back to front ! My MIL is a nurse and that's what she told me

Baby has been head down since 18 weeks lol hasn't moved! I'm hoping it's not back labor but that's what I'm worried about @mrskel1

I thought maybe it was part of the Braxton hicks but my stomach turns hard as a rock for those and it doesn't with these so Idk @ftmbabyboy11
