so to anyone that says you can't hear babys heartbeat using a fetal doppler at 8 weeks -9 weeks, is wrong. I heard mine twice today. very faint and couldn't get a reading because the baby wouldn't sit still. granted, it is hard to find that early, but the further along you get, the easier it will be to find. though, I'd have to admit, definitely wouldn't hurt to wait a couple more weeks to hear it, because it can cause worry and unneeded stress. it definitely gave me peace of mind.
