It's called the wubbanub and it can be purchased at babies r us, toys r us, and Walmart...that's the only place I've seen them besides online. They have other brands too but I like the wubbanub brand the best. It is a LIFESAVER.

Yeah they do :) that's when it was most handy for my son and I. We started using them the day we got home from the hospital! They're still able to spit the pacifier out if they don't want it in their mouth, but the animal sitting on the babies chest definitely helps to keep it in when the baby stops sucking for a minute- which is usually when the pacifier falls out and the crying starts lol. They're like $11 and I highly suggest getting one :)
