How can your baby get shaken baby syndrome???

Basically what happens is they get shaken so fast their head snaps forwards and backwards and their brain basically swells and bleeds.

@dollfacenanii, here's shaken baby. We had a nurse/instructor say that sometimes mild shaking can cause quite a bit on brain damage. So if you are really exhausted/frustrated, have somebody else take a turn or just leave baby in the crib crying for a few minutes until you can collect yourself. that's just a freak thing that happens when the child stops breathing but shaking baby syndrome is strictly someone else's fault
