IMO over feeding is when he doesn't want it but u keep giving it to him, if he cry after 3oz wouldn't u try another ounce ??? Don't give him another 4 but if he wants another 1 or 2 what's wrong with that

Try burping him after two. He could be taking more than he can hold. Most of the time it's just a tummy ache that make them want to soothe themselves by eating more
