I use dawn soap! But oil or butter will work too!

I tried Vaseline, soap, oil, ice bath. Nothing worked. He found this "string trick" they use at hospitals and it worked!!! I thought I may kill him but I didn't and the ring is off! Hurts like hell but it's off!

I stopped wearing mine around week 19 too... I feel completely naked without my wedding rings. 😢
