Check your order form it should say

They should of told you if they wanted you to have a full bladder or not but at my ultrasound I went in with a full bladder (because they told me to ) and they ended up making me go to the bathroom because it was causing the baby to curl up due to my bladder being so full

They was able to see my baby without a full bladder the tech actually told me to pee before because the pressure might hurt when she press down

i had to have a full bladder for all my Kids ultrasound they say when the bladder is full it moves up more so they can see the baby easier ... i didnt drink the water once and they reschedule my appt

All my doctors tell me to pee first.

My dr preferred an empty bladder. If they want you to have a full bladder they should have given you instructions. That's my take!
